ACT Categories not syncing to iPhone 5

    ACT Categories not syncing to iPhone 5

    My ACT (Fin Prof 11) contacts did sync with DejaOffice and native iPhone contacts but the categories did not sync. In DejaOffice, I only see All Categories and No Categories as options. All categories in ACT are in ID/Status. I attempted to purge and reload several times without success. Please advise. Thanks!

    Please Follow these steps:
    1. Open CompanionLink on your PC Desktop.
    2. Click the gear next to Act! 2005-2013
    3. Select the Applications Tab
    4. Click the "Wipe all contacts on Apple Device before Sync" option.
    5. Sync your device.
