    Djo 1.6.1

Since updating DJO from 1.6.0 to 1.6.1:

Only five to six lines of all my memos are on the device.

In Today View, cannot see text of View/Events. (I use a Dark Background).

Fortunately I had DJO 1.6.0 in iTunes and reinstalled it. All is good now.

Can you confirm the issues/provide guidance?

    Thanks,

    Jim T.

Jim and others - Sorry about the bug in 1.6.1. It does indeed make multi-line text views appear truncated. The good news is that the data is still there; it only affects the UI.

We've fixed this, along with the DejaToday dark background issue and submitted an update to the App Store. Look for version 1.6.2 shortly.

I just hope, that this is true, I can't see ten thousands of lines of Data anymore - in Memos as well as in Contacts!

Does one just have to update? When will the Update be available?

PalmOS - Yes, one just has to update to see the fix. The bug was just that the multi-line text fields on iOS 7 weren't expanding to show all the text that was present. The data is still there; it's just not visible in 1.6.1.

We've submitted the 1.6.2 update to the App Store. However, the App Store requires all apps to pass through a review process before publication, which takes time. Once reviewed it should be available for download. Based on previous experience, my best guess is that that will be sometime within the next one to several days.

Thank you very much indeed, for the update! Everything was fine after that!
That thing really gave me a fright and I'm considering to do backup more often!

My problem is, that Deja Office is (has always been) so extremely slow on the IPhone, but I'll rather start a new thread for that - name:

"Why is Deja Office so slow?"

                    Jim - You're welcome.

PalmOS - Let us know -- either here or in a new thread -- where in the app you're seeing slowness.
