All Day appointments display one day early on iPhone

If I create an all-day appointment (single or multiple day appointments) in Outlook, after syncing the event appears on the iPhone one day early. If I create the appointment with a start/end time the appointment displays on the iPhone on the correct day.
What's going on?

Two follow up questions here so we can investigate further.

1. What is the Sync Method you are using? Wifi, USB, or DejaCloud.
2. What is your current timezone?

Sync method: Wifi (personal wifi at home).
Time zone: Pacific (Los Angeles)
Computer: PC

Interestingly, this seems to be a recent issue as my older appointments (ones I put in previously) continue to display correctly. This has been going on at least a week or so for any new appointment I create in Outlook.

Thank you for the report, it looks like this is something that is wifi specific. We were able to replicate this inhouse, we will get this fixed.

We just posted DejaOffice build 2.9.8 (1434) to the App Store, this build has a fix for the All Day Events syncing one day off via Wifi. All new records should sync without issue, but for an existing record that synced one day off, either

A. Modify the record in some way on the PC, IE add a note or change the subject, then just sync normally. This will correct the record in DejaOffice.

or

B. Run a Reread of the PC data. Open CompanionLink on the PC, select Settings on the left, Advanced in the bottom left and find the Applications tab at the top. Put a check in Reread PC Data (it will list your database IE Outlook, Palm, etc). Click Ok, click Ok again, then run a sync with the mobile. This sync does reread all the PC data so the first sync will take a little longer than usual,
