    DejaOffice / Companion Link 5 for Palm will not sync with IPhone

    Please help!

    I have been using this software for years and never had this problem. I tried to sync and got this error: Unable to connect to DejaOffice. Please verify IP address in Companion Link.

    I verify my IP address each time before I sync. I am using Companion Link 5 for Palm Desktop.

    My phone is connected to the network, as is my computer.

    There was a windows update recently since I did a sync last.

    Any thoughts??

    Have you attempted shutting the app down completely then starting it up again? This can often resolve an issue like you describe.
