    The Default maps under Contacts

Using the latest DejaOffice version 1.7.6 and iOS 7.1.2 on iPhone 5s. The Default maps under Contacts did not change from Apple Maps to Google Maps even though after changing it under Settings and shows under Settings the Default maps is Google Maps.

wwl - Are you tapping on an address in the contact note field to launch maps? I believe the way it works is that, if you tap the address in the contact address field, DejaOffice handles the map linking (i.e. it uses the maps setting in DejaOffice), but if you tap on the address in the note field, then the operating system handles it (i.e. uses the default Apple maps). I think the behavior is just a consequence of letting iOS parse addresses from our note text.

We'll look at changing this in a future release.

In the meantime, as a work-around, you should be able to long press on the address in the note field, copy the address text, then paste into Google maps (not a completely hassle-free solution -- sorry).
