Tool or app to restore DJO & its data

I have probably unexpectedly erased DJO from my IPhone.
Is there a way or any app / utility to restore effectively the app and most importantly the app data ?
Unfortunately I have n't been syncing with Companionlink lately due to a crash of my previous laptop...
Maybe I could also use Itunes restore tool but only as a last option (not very recent backup).
I found a couple of apps (Wondershare Dr.Fone for iOS, PhoneRescue) on the internet but none seemed to be restore DJO app data.
Was the reason that DJO was missing? Or is there another way to restore deleted app & data?

On iOS, local app data are stored within app sandbox folders, so that erasing an app also completely removes any locally stored app data.

If you've ever used the DejaOffice backup feature (DejaOffice Settings -> General Settings -> Backup Database) you'll have a DejaOffice backup file that you can use to restore the app data. However, backups via this method aren't automatic, so you won't have a backup file if you've never used the feature before.

Aside from re-syncing your data from PC or DejaCloud (it sounds like you've already considered this), the DejaOffice backup feature is the only method available within the app for recovering a deleted database.

Check to see if you have a recent iCloud backup (go to iOS Settings -> iCloud -> Backup, then look for the "Last backup" date). iCloud backups include application data, so if you have one it should restore DejaOffice's data to the date when the backup was created.

I decided to use the Itunes restore option and I'll try to use regularly the backup option from DJO.
Syncing with native contacts & calender is it in any way tricky? Meaning could something go wrong or get messed up? Or is it always safe?

Syncing to native gets you into the Apple ecosystem, and you are subject to their secret changes and ways of handling things. I'm not sure how to really say whether it is safe. It's just adding in another vendor handling your data.
