Hello,

Is there a way for the phone to show the Contact's Card including name, address, notes, etc as the caller ID screen?

If the Native Contact sync is enabled, this would copy the DejaOffice contacts into the iPhone contacts app. This is where the phone Caller ID's from. We have no control of this on iPhone.

Be sure you check the Native Apple Account as mentioned in the guide, if iCloud or Google is controlling the Native Contacts this can cause doubles.
