Deja IOS Closes Immediately -- Need Help As Soon As Possible.

I have been using DejaOffice on IOS for a very long time. Suddenly, when I try to open it, I see an empty rectangle which closes immediately. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I've not heard of this before.

Here are some things to try:
1. Memory - might the phone be out of memory? Try rebooting the phone, and then running DJO and see if that works.
2. DejaCloud - The App may touch base with DejaCloud if you use that sync method - Try turning off internet wifi and broadband - and see if it opens. That would say that the connect to DejaCloud is an issue.
3. Apple Contacts/Calendar - if you have sync with Apple Contacts and Calendar turned on - check your contacts and calendar to see if there are any unusual entries there. I've heard of people with a 32Mb file attached to Apple Contacts who have a problem when DejaOffice tries to connect to it.

As a last resort you can always uninstall DejaOffice and reinstall it. This erases all data on the phone, so then you need to sync it from the PC or DejaCloud whichever sync method you use. I would not recommend this though as recent changes will get lost.

I did the uninstall of DejaOffice on the iPhone without removing the data right after I posted. Then I reinstalled it and everything seems to be working including synching with DejaOffice on Windows.
I had plenty of memory left on the iPhone and don't use DejaCloud.or Apple Contacts/Calendar.
