DeJa turns off sync to Apple calendar

Why is it, that DeJa on both iPhone and iPad will shut off link to Apple calendar Both will work for a while. Then stop linking with Apple calendar. I will rec a message. Then must go into settings. Sync and turn back on??

The tech team will be in touch with you. Today our focus is to get crash logs from you, to see why the native sync is crashing.

In the future, always select "Try again" when prompted, and this will keep the native sync on.
