Under DejaToday when i select to show the contacts associated with the task or event, it shows the correct contact but also repeats a random contact about four times that is not associated with any event or task. Any thoughts?

TomG, welcome to the forum. Is there any chance the Contact or Appointment is under four categories? The display enumeration is going to try to show each category separately.
If you don't mind, send your database to support and we can have the developer look/fix this. To do this, go to DejaOffice, Settings, Logging and Support settings, and "Send Log". The send process zips your database and sends it. Send to the default email support@dejaoffice.com. Tell us what day shows the 4 contacts. Thanks.
