trying to sync between Windows Desktop Outlook 2016 and iPad

    Hello
First time here, just downloaded CompanionLink for my Windows 7 desktop and DejaOffice for my iPad.

The main reason I'm looking at this software is because I NEED to have my Outlook Tasks on my Desktop AND my iDevice.

I'm having trouble getting my Outlook Tasks to go to DejaOffice. I have multiple FOLDERS in my Tasks but it seems that I can ONLY sync one folder and not all of them?

In companionLink, under Settings - Outlook Folders I can 'see' all my Contact, Calendar and Task Folders but I can't get all of them to sync.

I want to sync between my Desktop Outlook, my iPad NATIVE Calendar & Contact apps and DejaOffice.

    What am I doing incorrectly.

    Thanks
    Barb

    Hello Barb,

Welcome to the forum. CompanionLink for Outlook will sync only one folder per data type (contacts, calendar, etc). If you need to sync multiple Outlook folders for a given data type then you would need to use a feature called Category Manager in CompanionLink Professional. A trial of CompanionLink Professional is available in the link below along with a guide to help you sync multiple Outlook folders.
