I have made some experiments with Cloud synchronization.
After setting up and doing a sync I have noticed that the iPhone will not go to sleep. After some time the display is dimmed, which is the normal preprocess for turning of the display. But then after appr. 10 seconds the display is turned on again and the message "Synchronizing with Apple databases" is displayed.
Now I have gone back to WiFi sync.
Amendment: The iPhone only stays alive as long as DejaOffice is the "active" app.
