    Apple Contacts not Syncing

I'm running DJO 2.6.0 and iOS 13.3. DJO contacts are not syncing to iOS contacts. I've tried wiping iOS contacts and selecting "re-read' of DJO contacts, before re-running DJO sync, but no sync to iOS contacts.

    Joe,

We have been working to make improvements to the Native syncs on the recent iOS versions. I have created a support ticket for this issue, please check your email for further details.

I am having the same issue with DJO 2.6.0 and iOS 13.3. I have tried the same troubleshooting but without success. It seems to miss the same 100 or so contacts every time. All data in DJO is correct but not syncing everything to native iOS contacts. Please advise how to resolve. Thanks!

        Hurricane,

Do you have a specific example of a record that is not appearing in the iPhone contacts app, or are you just looking at the record counts? If you have a specific record, in DejaOffice, try modifying that contact in some way (ie add a note, or a phone number). When you save the change, give it a few moments and check the iPhone contacts, any change?

I'm running the latest version of DJO and iOS 13.3.1. My iPhone Contacts only gets 500 contacts when my DJO has 500+, so there are missing contacts from the iOS.
I have done the wipe and re-sync. No difference, iOS only gets a max of 500 contacts.

            Wxl,

Try enabling a Reread of the DejaOffice Contacts:

            1. Open DejaOffice > Tap Settings > Tap Sync Settings > Tap Sync Settings below "Sync with Apple's Contacts App".
            2. Tap "Reread DejaOffice Contacts" to check it.
            3. Return to the main menu of DejaOffice, leave the app, then reopen.

At the bottom you will see a status bar about syncing with Apples contacts, when this disappears, check the iPhone contacts, any change?

Followed your instructions above, no changes. iPhone Contacts still shows only 500 whereas my DJO Contacts has 500+.

wxl, Thomas is out a few days. I think there are a number of quick steps to handle this. I made a ticket for our support team to take over. They will email or call you shortly.

                  Hi
My DejaOffice (v2.8.3 1349) contacts for some reason does not sync with my iPhone (IOS v14.2)
                  I have tried:
Wiping iOS contacts and selecting "re-read' of DJO contacts
                  Restart DejaOffice
                  Restart iPhone

I have 32 contacts in my iPhone address book and a few 100 contacts in DejaOffice (I do not know where to see the exact number)

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
