Outlook - DejaOffice not syncing - DejaOffice Crashes after starting sync

    Hello:

My last successful sync between my iPhone 7+, (iOS 13.3.1), and Office 365 Outlook, version 2002 (Build 12527.20278 Click to Run), was on 2/22/2020 at 11:53 AM. I use a USB connection between my iPhone and my PC. Last night I connected and attempted to do a sync. The sync started, then DejaOffice crashed after the progress bar, along the bottom of the screen on my iPhone got through a native sync and was about to start (maybe) the sync with my PC and Outlook. I reopened DejaOffice and tried again - same result. Nothing was synced.

DejaOffice had been updated several times in the last few weeks, at least that is what I recall. DejaOffice is now at version 2.6.6 on my phone. I saw that an update for CompanionLink was available, and downloaded and installed it. It is now on Build 8052.

I rebooted my PC, and shut down and restarted my iPhone. Tried to sync again, and exactly the same result - DejaOffice crashed (disappeared before any syncing was completed.) I tried again this morning, as I am writing this post. Same failure.

Anyone else experiencing similar issues? Any suggested solutions? I see another thread discussing sync failures for contacts, and some indication that Apple's deprecation of their database software might be responsible, but the details seem different. I will call CompanionLink support later today to ask for their help.

    Thanks
    Bob

We had a bug in last week's release of DejaOffice for iPhone.

It is fixed. Update from the App store and you should be set.

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks to your team and to Mathew on the phone! I downloaded the update, installed it, and now all is working again. Yea. For what it is worth, working with you all continues to be both unusually refreshing and successful. I am very happy with DJO & CompanionLink products and support. After countless hours and hours of struggle with a lot of other software and associated issues, without any good support, your support is timely, articulate, communicative, effective, and very much worth both my time and the occasional and very reasonable fees involved. Both for this simple issue, (at least my fixing it), and much more difficult problems I have had in the past. You all continue to represent a model of software and support the way it should be. Thank you for your products and service.
