    Calendar Compression

    Hi - Before I contact Support is there a way to compress the calendars so that more of the day is visible? Thanks!

      Murray,

      If you hold Ctrl on the Keyboard and then Scroll your Mouse Wheel, it will "Zoom" the view in or out. Ctrl and +\- on the keyboard also has this same effect. Let me know if this helps. You can all find all PC CRM Shortcuts by pressing the F1 key.

          Thank You for your help Thomas - The scrolling works fine but the Ctrl and +\- on the keyboard does not respond. The function keys are handy.

          Is there a way to adjust the font size on the calendar? I see the font size in general settings I wondered if there was a way to adjust the font of the appointments and tasks when I scroll the calendar to show 9:00-5:00.

          I have been pleased with DejaOffice as the replacement for Act! there is still much for me to learn.
