    Tasks on Weekly Calendar View

    I looked through the settings and I could not find anything. Is it possible to move completed tasks to the bottom of the daily list so that tasks left to do appear at the top on the weekly calendar view? Thanks & have a good 2021.

    Murray,

    Check here for me:

    1. Open the Tasks in DejaOffice PC CRM.
    2. Select the 3 bars in the top right, and choose "Show Completed". At the bottom of the menu that appears, put a check in "Show at End".

    Now return to the Week View, the Completed Tasks should appear at the bottom. You can also set Completed Tasks to have a "Strikethrough" in the DPC Settings > Task Settings > Strikethrough Completed Tasks.

      Thanks Thomas - I added the check mark I already had the strikethrough activated.

        Hello,

        I have a minor issue with the weekly calendar view and tasks. Sometimes tasks show sometimes they don't. I have tried "rebuilding Calendar View" but that does not change anything. My settings are for Sow Tasks.
        Any explanation for this ?
        Thanks inn advance!

          Oyle,

          The Tasks view is dependent on some filter settings in the Task Menu. If you open Tasks, in the top right select the bars. Check the Show Active, Show Past Due and Show Completed Filters. There are options for No Due Dates, but in the Week view the Task would need a Due Date to appear.

            Thank you for your reply. I have checked my settings and they are as follows in the Task Menu:

            Group by-> Start Date
            Show Active-> 90 Days
            Show Past Due -> 30 Days
            Show Completed-> None

            What I don't understand is that sometimes the tasks appear in Week View, sometimes they don't, without my having changed any settings in the Task Menu
            In Week View you can only toggle show or not show Tasks, but nothing regarding Due Dates.

            I must be missing something

            Thanks for your help
