    Deals

    Hi,

I have noticed some bugs in DejaOffice CRM Pro, particularly in the Deals functionality.
I give as an example the fact that it does not allow the detail of categories (even selecting them inside deals) and the assignment of the closing date is inconsequential for the archiving of each deal.
When editing "Stages", there are 3 fields not editable (Closed-won, Closed-Lost and inactive) and I don't know why.

How to close a sale and make it disappear from the "Next action" area and move it to the "History" in the customer's file?
Without being able to do this, accumulated sales have no meaning other than as a total statistic. Is there any possibility of detailing them by filters?

    Regards
    Jorge

    Jorge,

If you are looking in the Next Action Panel, there is an Icon on the right enable Showing or Hiding of Completed records. If you Toggle this any Deals in the Closed Won or Closed Lost stage will be "Hidden".

I will check into the stages you can not edit.

      Hi Thomas,

      Thanks for the answer.

Yes, I know that. However, this feature is merely a visual cosmetic. The 'Deal' in this way, is not 'archived' and not transported to the 'History'.

It seems to me that in this functionality (Deals), there is a lot to be done.
      - As I mentioned before, the 'categories' do not apply here, and I don't know why.
      - I think there missing a fundamental reserved stage (after 'closed-won' and 'closed-lost', which I would call 'archived', as the final stage for the 'Deal', in which it would pass to the 'history', no longer polluting the file of active 'deals'.

Does that make sense to you?
