    Sync issues

    Hi,

    After updating Conpanionlink to 10046, I can't sync between phone and pc.
    It keeps spinning unless I re-start my computer.
    I have PC CRM Standalone 1056

    To clarify is the PC CRM build 1856? Can you check in the DejaOffice PC CRM Settings > Sync Settings > Check at the top, what does it list is controlling the sync?

      Yes. Sorry, it is PC CRM 1856

      What does it list is controlling the sync? It is Dejaoffice PC CRM standalone.

        What Sync Method are you using? Wifi, USB, DejaCloud? When you click Sync on the PC, in the bottom left are there any errors?

          Dejacloud.
          No errors.

          I just notice that the Dejaoffice PC CRM Sync doesn't work after I close my laptop. If I do a re-start, then it is syncing normally.
          Also, when I go to Sync settings and click on Settings for PC Data Source or Mobile phone or tablet, I get no response.

          I was reading that I may need CL11. Does that apply to me? How do I know what CL version I have?

            Hello,

            Doing a follow up on this issue: I have to go to Task Manager and terminate PC CRM to be able to syncronize after my PC gets inactive overnight. Thanks.
