Suggestions for improving

I chose DO as a replacement for Palm Desktop and its super extension - Agendus (unfortunately, the product does not support Android). DO is an excellent replacement. From a user perspective, I have several suggestions for possible improvements to existing features. Some would be for the application on Android phones only, others only on Desktop, and others on both.
For desktop:
- it would be very useful to be able to copy items in the calendar, address book, notes and tasks by dragging them with the mouse while holding down the key (CTRL?)
- in the calendar, when an item is open, arrange the individual boxes on the screen differently so that it remains more free for the note (if it is long, scrolling in a narrow bar is very inconvenient)
For desktop and phone:
- it would be possible to either upload your own images for the icons in the calendar or implement a simple editor for creating raster icons
- in the calendar and address book, it would be nice to be able to set which fields should be visible as an alternative to the basic view and the extended view
For phone:
- when searching in contacts, the response is very slow
- when attaching a contact to a calendar item, the response is also very slow I will add other opinions in time Regards, tomis

Glad you are enjoying the PC CRM. We appreciate any suggestions. I will answer in line with some suggestions to help with some of these:

--You can right click and Create Copy, then also Paste.

2. In the calendar, when an item is open, arrange the individual boxes on the screen differently so that it remains more free for the note (if it is long, scrolling in a narrow bar is very inconvenient).
--We will look into this.

-- I will add this to our feature request list.

4. In the calendar and address book, it would be nice to be able to set which fields should be visible as an alternative to the basic view and the extended view
--I will put this on our later list to look at, we have to be more broad here and too many options and a layout editor would be a bit harder on the phone.

5. When searching in contacts, the response is very slow
For the Search there is a filter if you tap the Down arrow. Searching on All Fields or with Notes, this can increase the search time, Try with Name and Company and see if this speeds things up.

Another observation from using the app on mobile:
When entering a calendar item by voice, only the text in the "Subject" field is recorded. The entry in the "Note" field is not saved.
I verified the behavior on Redmi 5, 6 and 8 series phones.
