    Hello,

    on the Android phone version: could you change the settings in the Contacts for instant messaging/chat apps? On the Android phone app there are 3 separate entry fields and in each one, one can choose from 9 preset apps and 1 custom.
    Most of these presets are antiquated, if not outright obsolete (Skype!). One should be able to customise these 9 presets to up-to-date apps that one's contacts actually use ! If this is done, one has more choice and the 10th (entitled) "Custom" should have the same functionality as the 9 presets.
    I hope this is clear?

    And at the same time it would be good to standardise these settings so that they are the same on the Desktop version (which only has two fields : IM Chat and IM Chat2). One can of course use the customisable 9 Custom Fields on the Desktop, for which there are 20 on the phone !)

    BTW: what happens if the custom fields 11-20 on the phone are populated with data when you sync with the desktop, which only has 9 such fields ???

    We will look into the first one.

    For the Custom 11-20, they still exist on the PC in the Database itself, but the extra custom fields are a feature of the Express and Higher version of the PC CRM. So to access them on the PC you would need the PC CRM Express. It will not remove and info\the fields will not be lost if you do enter data in them on the phone side.
