    Week View Options

Updated today to DPC Build 1228.

In the week view, there used to be the option to view 5 or 7 days. With the update this appears to have changed to view 1 or 3 days.

Did I unknowingly change something? How to I get back to being able to view weekdays or the 7 day week on my desktop?

    Steven, welcome to the forums.

Try hitting Ctrl-0 To reset the Zoom on that window. Make sure you are in Week View. Week view shows 5 or 7 days - controlled by the icon on the top.

Day view lets you show 3 days. That is on the "Context menu".

So make sure you are really on the week view screen....

      Steven,

Also, try the following small update, we had a few reports of a similar issue that was fixed in this release:

What you encountered was a glitch where when you close CRM with the week view open, week view was not available when you reopened CRM. Closing with any other view open worked correctly. The beta fix linked to above fixes the problem.

I'm happy to report the update appears to have fixed the problem!

BTW, why is there no link to these forums on the companionlink.com site? I was tearing my hair out trying to get back here until I looked up the username and password in my pw storage program and saw that I had to go to dejaoffice.com.

Oh, I forgot to mention, Windows threw up an error about untrustworthy s/w when I ran the update. I had to click on the next screen and then Run Anyway.

              Thomas,

I updated with the beta program your link provided. My problem appears to be corrected.

THANK YOU very much. I really like this program and use to schedule appointments and work for our small business. Easy to use. This week's update with a default alarm from an appointment made on the desktop is really appreciated.

Thanks to all for the responses.
