    Device Connected is Different

    I tried to sync today and received the following message on my PC:

    DejaOffice PC CRM Sync
    The device connected is different than the one that synced before.
    Do you want to permanently change to using this device? (yes/no)

    I have selected no and cancelled the sync. Both desktop and phone have been restarted with the same message. To the best of my knowledge, nothing has changed. Same computer, same phone, same software, same settings.

    What did I do to mess things up? What do I have to do to fix this?
