Need Some Help

I need some help deciding on what to use and/or purchase.

Let me give you a little background:

I currently own and use:

• android phone running android version 2.2.1
• iPad version 4.2.1
• PC running windows 7
• Outlook 2007
• I have multiple calendars setup in Google that I use constantly
• I use Gmail for email and contacts on the iPad
• I also have a pop3 email account for work that I get on the iPad as well.
• I have installed DejaOffice on my Android and my iPad.

I also have access to a copy of ACT! 2009 which I am considering installing and using.

What I need help with is:

Integrating all of that into a useful and non-cumbersome way of maintaining a calendar, contacts, GTD based tasks.

I don't want to have to use multiple applications depending on which hardware I am on to see what i am doing, where i am supposed to be, etc...

I want to be able to see who is calling me (Caller ID) etc...

I am not tied to any of the software options so if there is one application

Will I be able to do everything I want using the pro companion app? will that give me access to everything on all devices and keep them synced together constantly?

Hi Eric,

You are right about the Pro app. I would recommend CompanionLink Pro for two reasons.
It creates device profile's and allows you to sync your data to up to three separate devices.
Also if you choose to start using ACT 2009 it is compatible with ACT as well.

I would also recommend you seriously consider CompanionLink's RunStart service.
