Is there a way in DO to edit out something (like the 'USA' that shows up in some address fields all the time) on multiple contacts?

Jim, there is currently not a way to edit a field globally.
We use the Google Address lookup system, and I agree that sometimes it returns strange results. It returns some addresses where the city is "United States". This is clearly not a correct value.
We are looking to revamp the lookup system soon, which may help this. We can also apply our own tools to the cloud database. Are you using DejaCloud sync? If so, I might be able to get one of the technicians to clear up the values there. -
Presently I am not using the cloud.
