Email Meeting Notices in DejaCal

I am new to DejaOffice and i realize that this may be an Android Issue. I am using the Incredible and looking for how new meeting invites can be transferred into the DejaCal. They show up correctly when I sync to PC, but I need to recieve these when away from the office. Am I missing something in setup or is this a limitation of DejaOffice/Android?
