3 Calendars Microsoft Outlook in Android

My question it is yhe following:
If i buy one device with Android system i can syncronize more one calendar from Microsoft outlook ?
For example it is possible sincronize 3 or 4 calendar from calendar in my PDA or smartphone . For example in HTC desire?

I would like to have the month where appeared the various commitments of the various calendars.
