Auto Backup Prior to Closing DejaOffice PC CRM Standalone

Prior to closing down DPC, I wish the backup window would pop up to backup the database. Now it pops up when I open DPC which doesn’t make sense to me as I haven’t made any changes, but I may have made changes prior to shutting it down.
