Selectively have Tasks Due dates Roll Over to today

I would like the ability to Roll Over selected Tasks to today.

Currently, it looks like I can enable ALL Tasks to Roll Ove the Due date to today, or no Tasks to Roll Ove.

Perhaps a checkbox in the Task > Edit so that I can choose.

I'd like to see this feature in the Windows Desktop version as well as the Android version.
