I have assigned an Outlook Category to all of my BCM and Personal Contacts. It is my understanding that CompanionLink requires 2 separate Profiles and 2 separate syncs to have all of my handheld DJO Contacts have the same categories as my Outlook Contacts (BCM and Personal). This is too much work. I need my handheld to mirror my desktop.
My request is a single sync that results in my DJO Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, and Notes having the same categories as my Outlook Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, and Notes. I believe that all users have this as an expectation. Wouldn't you agree? THANKS!
