I've met a lot of folks (self included) who are looking for the best NOTES app and love the DejaNotes piece but just aren't willing to pay for the whole DejaOffice package. A stand alone Notes product would be beautiful!

Since DejaNotes is currently Free, I don't think anyone has to pay for them! You can add them to your desktop as a direct link. In a few months, the entire package will be available for $9.99, with an ad supported version available without charge. At least, that's the plan.
