Dejaoffice newest version

    Dejaoffice newest version

    I just downloaded the newest app version off dejaoffice (Version 1.2.4). After installing the app, the app can't be started. After starting -> black screen and after a few second the iphone returns to main screen.
    Before the update the app was running well but slow - I have 2200 contacts in my adressbook.
    Please need urgent help!!

    Hello Badi_au

    The best way to fix this is following these steps:
    1. Uninstall DejaOffice from your iOS device.
    2. Open CompanionLink Setup on your PC Desktop.
    3. Click Options and click Purge and Reload All. (A dialog box will display confirm you want to purge n reload on the next sync.)
    4. Reinstall DejaOffice and complete the Setup Wizard.
    5. Sync your phone. (A purge and Reload Sync may take longer than a normal sync. Be patient and let it complete it's process.)

      Every step done as you wrote --> works perfectly now. Even sync with iphone calender works now properly. Before there were also Problems.
