I'm using USB sync, and your recent fix took care of the problem of it sometimes not closing. That seems to have been consistently good since then.
I'm still having problems with CLO sometimes not responding when I start a sync. There's no obvious pattern to it. Sometimes the first sync of the day connects immediately, other times I have to disconnect the cable for a bit and then plug it in again. Then it varies during the day, sometimes connecting and other times needing a nudge. I give it about 15 seconds before unplugging it when necessary, and another 5-10 seconds before plugging it in again.
Is there a specific order that I should be using to start a sync? My current routine is:
Close Palm DT and CLO, and
close all open apps in phone, including DJO
Connect phone to PC
Open Palm DT and CLO
Start DJO
Tap Sync in DJO, and watch CLO to see if it reacts
If it does not, disconnect cable from PC for 5+ seconds, then plug it in again
When done, tap OK in DJO to finish it
